3. bis. Sending Files and Photographs

As part of the design process for your tattoo, you can send us photos using our form.

• Image content: We recommend that you submit only photos that are strictly necessary for understanding your project.

• Purpose: These images are used solely to assess technical feasibility, estimate the amount of work required, and prepare the drawing.

• Storage: Submitted images are stored on our secure server and are accessible only to the studio’s artists. They are deleted once the project is completed or if the appointment is not kept.

4. Call duration 

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above—generally 3 years after the last contact for marketing data, or in accordance with legal requirements for documents related to tattooing.

Your information is strictly confidential. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible only to the La Fratrie Tattoo team.
